Director (Analytics) - Customer Experience Research

The Ipsos CX team is looking for a Director of Analytics to join the Customer Experience team to deliver predictive analytics solutions to our clients, across many business sectors including automotive, financial services, hospitality, technology, etc.   Your main responsibilities will include: Participate in all aspects of an analytics projects: from gathering client needs, creating the analytics plan/design, architecting the solution, directing and supervising the detailed execution of the analytics and presenting the analytic solution to clients. Participate in business development efforts to secure new projects from new and existing clients. Mentor a team of analysts and oversee their professional development   Competencies and Experiences Master's degree in a quantitative field is desirable 8-10 years' working experience in the field of Analytics or Business Intelligence statistical analysis Experience in quantitative market research is preferable, especially strong skills relating to Customer Experience research Proven predictive analytics experience Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thought Proven ability to estimate and plan client requirements, produce best in class deliverables Strong market research methodology knowledge Strong report writing skills Effective time and project management skills Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong client presentation skills   From a technical perspective, individuals should have demonstrated skills in the following: Proficient in SAS/SPSS/R/Python Multivariate data analysis & data mining techniques such as Random Forests, Decision Trees, Regressions, Clustering/Ensembles, Neural networks Text Analytics Conjoint Analysis Machine learning  12859

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
