Sales Lead - Qwik.events We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven sales lead with a background in event management.  This individual will actively seek out and engage potential service provider prospects for our online event management platform, as well as provide direction to team members to help end-users with setting up their events. The qualified candidate will be responsible for presenting the value and benefits of being a service providing on the platform and successfully walk the service provider through the onboarding process.  Responsibilities Present and promote platform using solid arguments to prospective service providers including restaurants and caterers, venues, DJs, photographers, etc. Provide cost/benefit and needs analysis to potential customers to meet their requests Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to prospective leads through cold calling, email, in-person visits Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales efforts with manager, team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and provide status reports Enter contacts, prospects/leads and converted prospects/leads into Salesforce Report to manager on a weekly basis on achievements to goal, prospect funnel and meetings, onboarded partners and any issues Help prospects in registering and inputting information into the platform Requirements 7-10 years of experience as a sales representative Understanding of and experience in event management Ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Knowledge and usability of MS Office Familiarity with Salesforce The position provides a market competitive salary based on experience plus commission based on onboarded partners as well as achievement of goals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
