Legal Leasing Attorney

In this role, you will draft, manage, review, negotiate and interpret shopping center leases, amendments, TILS, kiosks and RMU's. Your day to day responsibilities will include... Draft, negotiate and review shopping center leases and providing legal counsel to various internal business units relating thereto. Assist with questions to facilitate resolution to open issues and develop form language in keeping with approved leasing practices. Advise various business units on leaselanguage interpretation matters and other specialized practice areas while managing legal risk and maintaining compliance with laws. Utilize Landlord leasing technology to manage and facilitate prescribed leaseprocesses. Negotiate amendments, TILS, Kiosks and RMU documents. Assist other disciplines in the Legal Department with transactional and real estate matters. Other duties as required.  The ideal candidate will have... The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
