Associate Director, FP&A

OSC is seeking a highly motivated finance leader to lead its finance organization. The selected candidate will provide expertise in financial planning, strategic planning, financial analysis and accounting. The individual will have responsibility for developing business growth and cost savings initiatives to improve operating results. Responsibilities include driving controllership of Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives throughout the organization; and, leading the budgeting and forecasting process for OSC. Other responsibilities will include: development and deployment of the annual business plan; oversight of monthly accounting closings and reporting requirements; pricing analysis of spare parts for both internal transfer and commercial market sales; managing credit and collections policies for the aftermarket parts sales business; as well as, other strategic and/or analytic assignments as requested. Qualification: Candidates should possess 10 years finance/accounting experience with prior supervisory/ management experience. The successful candidate must have strong analytical, management and communication skills; as well as comparable PC and presentation skills. Leadership qualities must include an attitude that thrives on motivating teamwork to achieve constant process improvement. The individual should have experience with Otis/UTC financial process & procedures. Must be able to work in a team environment. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
