An Administrative Assistant job is available right now in the Bloomfield Hills area, Michigan. This position provides administrative and office support to the district branch operations group, and ensures efficient day-to-day operation within the office. Responsible for handling confidential matters and issues with the highest level of discretion and decorum. Serves as the first point of contact for customers, business officials, and visitors to the local office.
Principal Responsibilities:

  • Administration support for the General Manager
  • Responsible for transferring, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate persons and/or departments.
  • Handle PO s and expense reports for the leadership team
  • Responsible for coordination of on-site conference logistics, including meeting/event scheduling, presentation material compilation, audio visual requirements, and guest refreshments.
  • Serve as meeting note/minute taker as needed.
  • Ensures efficient operations of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, coordinating facility repair calls, and maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, booking confirmation, expense/check disbursement, and management of petty cash systems.
  • Responsible for phone directory maintenance and compiling monthly branch reports.
  • Responsible for providing back up support to internal departments as needed.
  • This position is also responsible for building strong working relationships within the office environment/branch operations group to support achievement of operational objectives and position demands.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
