Wireless Vision is looking for an influential Human Resources Manager who will bring a unique mix of HR experience, passion for people and high energy to our growing organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on strategic tactics to improve employee relations and strengthen our culture.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will lead a team of HR professionals and build strategic relationships with both field and corporate partners to drive results.

Your Talents:

  • Provide mentorship, development and management of the Human Resources team.
  • Designs, plans, and implements employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead HR team to create and sustain positive employee relations best practices to positively impact employee experience.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to manage employee relations claims and results.
  • Ensure department projects and initiatives are well executed through planning and coordinating.
  • Maintain current knowledge and ensure compliance of Federal and State employment and labor laws.
  • Identify opportunities to minimize attrition and create strategies to retain employees including management of High Attrition Focus Market Program.
  • Provide HR team and senior leaders with interpretation and guidance regarding HR policies, legal and compliance matters to ensure fair and consistent approach.
  • Analyze current employee engagement levels and implement methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
  • Work in partnership with the Learning and Development, Recruiting, Benefits and Payroll departments to build effective inter-department collaboration efforts.
  • Develop strong working relationship with the Loss Prevention department to support investigations and provide appropriate resolutions.

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • SPHR/PHR certification preferred
  • Strong business and people acumen with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Acquisition experience preferred
  • Knowledge or experience working with California labor laws preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
