In this role, you will provide specific deal related support to Leasing Agents, Managers and/or Directors. Perform all processes and procedures with accountability, responsibility, and competency.
Your day to day responsibilities will include?
Tenant Coordination liaison for Leasing Agents to facilitate the following activities:
Lease Exhibits ? Receive request from Agents, ensure all required information is provided, enter into leasing database system, track the exhibit status, and notify Agent of any anticipated landlord costs.
Tenant Requests for Information (RFI) - Receive request from Agents, ensure all required information is provided, enter into leasing database system, track the RFI status, follow-up with Agents if additional information is needed. When applicable, locate space exhibit in system and attach when submitting the RFI.
Design Packages ? Relay Agent design package requests, track status, assemble and distribute to tenants once all the design package components are finalized.
Expenses Reports ? prepare leasing dept. expense reports following business related trips.
Perform other project or day to day duties as assigned.
Perform duties with a high degree of accountability, accuracy, professionalism and basic knowledge of specific administrative procedures relevant to the leasing process.
The ideal candidate will have?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required
High School Diploma is required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus
Ability to learn new software programs quickly and adapt to new procedures
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, or other similar programs
Expert Excel skills
Organize and prioritize workload for efficiency and urgency with a high level of attention to detail, good decision making and completes routine tasks independently as well as taking direction
Ability to communicate effectively in a straightforward and honest manner, while maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude with all co-workers and tenants
Ability to multitask and function effectively in a busy environment, while working on several projects with different people concurrently
Must be able to receive direction and make decisions and follow-up independently
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leasing environment is preferred
Previous experience in a sales support role is preferred
Previous experience in a corporate setting is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
