The SyteLine Administrator is responsible for managing the configuration, end-user access, security, development, functional support, and training for the SyteLine ERP system for the organization. This position is also be responsible for assisting in development and supporting other business systems on SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and other BI platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Serve as a leader and project manager with overall responsibility for SyteLine ERP system.
Provide knowledge and understanding as a technical expert in the area of ERP systems.
Maintain and automate key tasks to ensure SyteLine is running optimal.
Troubleshoot SyteLine errors and performance issues as they arise.
Perform database management software systems upgrades.
Develop schedules, priorities, determine timelines and resources needed for product changes.
Responsible for reporting, database management, upgrade testing, patching, and support.
Manage ticket tracking system for issues related to SyteLine.
Design and implement system personalization and customization as needed by departments.
Prepares program specifications and diagrams.
Develops coding logic flowcharts.
Encodes, tests, debugs, and installs the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.
Drive the customization and adaptation of existing reports using SSRS and Crystal Reporting.
Setup and provide end-user training and support for ERP modules and forms.
Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
Manage third-party relationships and deliverables.
Update and document all internal procedures related to the use of SyteLine.
Infrequent travel may be required to assist and train remote users.
Education and/or Experience
Required: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field from four-year college or university; and at least 5 years related ERP administration experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of relational and multi-dimensional databases; At least 5 years of development experience in MS SQL Server (Transact-SQL, stored procedures, etc.); Programming familiarity with Analysis Services, VBA, MDX, HTML, DTS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in developing electronic data interchange (EDI) for SyteLine; Experience in creating and maintaining documentation associated with system changes, access control and system operations; Understanding of and experience in development of Business Intelligence models and reporting (SSAS/SSRS/SSIS); Understanding of networking concepts, desktop support and Citrix administration; and Ability to take on new projects and continuously learn new technologies.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Preferred: SQL Server Certification (i.e. MSCA)

Computer Skills
Required: Prior SyteLine developer/designer experience; Working knowledge of: SyteLine Forecasting, SSRS, Crystal Reporting; Strong, demonstrable background in development using the following languages / tools: HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, FLASH, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server Development for the Web; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
