Personal Assistant
Apex is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to oversee various household responsibilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, resourceful, and capable of managing a variety of tasks, including driving, scheduling, and household organization.
Working Hours:
The position requires flexibility, and working hours may vary based on the family's needs.
Preferred candidates will be available between 8a-8p Monday-Friday

Car provided for errands and transportation as needed What you'll be doing:
Transportation:
Drive children from school daily.
(car will be provided for use) Pick up carry-out food for the family as needed.
Household Organization:
Organize and maintain the children's bedrooms.
Assist in maintaining an organized and tidy household.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and organize schedules for the children.
Schedule and manage appointments for family members, including doctor appointments.
Accompany family members to doctor appointments and assist as needed.
Make calls to different doctors to schedule appointments.
Provide house support with various tasks, including emails, texts, and completing tasks around the house.
Children's Activities:
Transport children to and from after school practice.
(car will be provided for use) Attend practice and ensure the children are safely returned home afterward.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Flexible schedule availability Microsoft Office proficiency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills.
Respect for privacy and confidentiality.
