Summary:
This position provides premium poolside service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club.
The staff will be expected to have an excellent understanding of outdoor, table-side and poolside service.
The Snack Bar/Pool Service Attendants will also be expected to go above and beyond to deliver memorable events, while bringing a high level of energy and professionalism.
Job Duties:
Takes food and beverage orders Serves and delivers food and beverages at the snack bar and around the pool Maintains accurate member charges and presents check for signature Keeps work area clean and neat, stock inventory, serve food to members and their guests Promotes an attitude of teamwork by assisting coworkers Works as directed to support the mission and values of Oakland Hills Country Club Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Job Competencies:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience serving food and beverages Strong organizational skills to prioritize work activities Strong interpersonal skills required Ability to be flexible and self-motivated Exceptional customer service skills Prefer at least 1-2 years of server experience 18 years or older Must be able to work weekends and holidays What we provide:

Work will generally be performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Outdoor temperatures can range from 50F to 100F during summer months, and there will be exposure to loud noises and sustained elements.
Working schedule is generally 20-40 hours per week, with some holidays and weekends required.
Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
