Receive P&A in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Physically touch and see all product before receiving each part number into inventory.
Reconcile invoices to receiving reports and purchase orders before submitting for remittal.
Report discrepancies to Fixed Operations Manager immediately.
Oversee inventory to reduce shrinkage and minimize potential losses.
Assist and advise on ordering of necessary products.
Bin locate all product upon receipt Create labels and apply labels to product for easy scanning and ensure accuracy of part numbers.
Generate purchase orders with every order from supplier.
Communicate with suppliers to insure timely return and credit of damaged product and goods.
Assist Customers in the selection PG&A Up-sell products to improve the gross profit margin of the dealership and maintain good customer relationship.
Conduct cycle counts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Bring discrepancies of inventory to the attention of the manager Merchandise the departments.
Actively participate in the improvement of the departments Assist in physical inventories as instructed or needed.
Show initiative toward the betterment of the dealership.
Work as a team and provide outstanding customer service.
Answer P&A phone calls.
Display and stock inventory shelves within proper merchandising guidelines.
Assist the service department with the acquisition of PG&A as needed or directed.
Assist the sales department with the acquisition of PG&A as needed or directed.
Assist sales customers with the introduction of staff at the dealership while performing the LOOP.
Attend trade shows as needed.
Attend and complete training as needed or instructed.
Actively participate in company functions Any other duties as outlined by management.
Comply with all rules and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook.
Control all parts to service activities.
Reduce parts to service returns.
