We are looking for a friendly and professional person who can help provide our clients with a great experience.
Looking for an immediate start Duties Include:
Greeting clients Realcomp MLS Listing Entry for Real Estate Entering real estate listings Preparing offers in systems of Remine or Dotloop Cold calling Providing clients with coffee or water Ordering all supplies for a busy office Answering and transferring calls Marketing work Maintaining social media accounts Daily cleaning duties (we have a cleaning company but daily cleaning is required around the office) Ordering lunches for clients and staff Maintaining a clean workspace Ordering client gifts Administrative help to other members of the team Maintaining calendar appointments on Outlook Working in Adobe Acrobat to rename, file and combine PDFs Technical support and maintenance on the office printer and plotter Client must have experience working with Outlook , scheduling appointments, sending emails and using printers.
This position uses an iMac so experience with Apple products is a plus.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to help keep the office organized.
Due to the nature of this role remote work is not available.
