We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief People Officer with a strong background in the Private Equity industry to lead our human resources, talent management, and culture integration initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant HR policies, procedures, and best practices across our portfolio of companies.
Working closely with the founder/chairman and leadership teams, the CPO will play a crucial role in ensuring HR compliance and fostering a culture of transparency, honesty, and alignment with our core values.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Management:
Develop and implement long-range strategic talent management goals.
Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and address talent needs within the portfolio of companies.
Culture Integration:
Collaborate and implement strong culture integration and reinforcement initiatives.
Enhance the environment of transparency and honesty, promoting core values across all companies in the SGH portfolio.
Business Partnership:
Create key partnerships to influence and motivate business strategies and drive growth.
Understand portfolio companies' programs, org charts, and initiatives to deepen relationships with customers/vendors.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop strategies, programs, and executions that result in business development and channel revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales teams, operations, and leadership to achieve revenue goals through strategic alliances.
Market Knowledge:
Stay current on industry trends and provide internal recommendations.
Maintain detailed knowledge of audience and product portfolio, effectively communicating value propositions to potential alliances.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills, including people management, development, and strategic execution.
Exceptional ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
Resourceful and responsive to change, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills; strong presentation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
