As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our agency's success by managing the hiring and onboarding processes, staffing assignments, and billing operations.
Responsibilities:
Hiring and Onboarding:
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
Post job openings on various job boards and company website.
Screen and interview potential candidates.
Conduct background checks and reference checks.
Coordinate the new hire orientation process, including paperwork and training.
Staffing:
Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Manage staff assignments and ensure they align with client needs.
Communicate staffing changes to caregivers and clients.
Monitor caregiver performance and address any issues or concerns.
Billing:
Generate and review invoices for clients and insurance companies.
Verify and document caregiver hours worked.
Coordinate with the billing department to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely payments.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain employee and client records, including confidentiality.
Prepare reports related to hiring, staffing, and billing as needed.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between management, caregivers, and clients.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Keep all stakeholders informed of changes and updates in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using Google and navigating Apple products.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
