Do you have strong skills in SAP and managing OEM portal communications? If so, come join a Tier 1 supplier! What you'd be expected to do:
Coordinate New Program Launches and Balance Out.
o Coordinate with Project Management to adequately understand new program requirements.
IE, Logistics, Labeling, Packaging, ETC.
o Coordinating with Manufacturing plant to ensure adequate supply of product to support launch.
o Coordinating with manufacturing plant to ensure adequate runout of material during balance out.
o Working with the EDI team in order to ensure that all MP&L requirements are being considered in EDI setup.
Coordinate with all inter-company manufacturing facilities product supply schedules o Monitor EDI customer forecast information for accuracy.
o Monitor production schedules and shipments to assure adequate product supply-chain is in place.
Manage daily customer delivery requirements o Confirm customer release requirements and communicate accurate shipment information with warehouse facilities.
o Manage and communicate shipment issues, IE:
cube outs, late shipments, ETC.
o Manage expedited shipment activity.
