Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Alternative Saturdays 1 Late Night until 7pm
Responsibilities:
Staff Training and Supervision:
Oversee and mentor dental office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional patient care.
Conduct training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Punctuality:
Lead by example by consistently being the first one in the office each day and the last one to leave.
Demonstrating punctuality sets the standard for the team's commitment to excellence.
Flexible Availability:
Be available to work evenings and weekends to accommodate patients' schedules and ensure smooth office operations during extended hours.
Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with staff, patients, and external partners.
Uphold the dental office's reputation as a trusted and reliable healthcare provider.
Emotional Control:
Exhibit even temperament and controlled emotions, especially during high-pressure situations.

Proficiency in utilizing Patterson Eaglesoft dental practice management software is required.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and vendors.

Strong organizational abilities to keep track of schedules, patient records, and office supplies.
Leadership:
A proven track record of leadership and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.

Experience:
Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Dental Office Manager is required.
